  空間寬敞，通風，空間整潔又乾淨，讓人有家的感覺。
  居住地點優秀，樓下就有超商以及很多不錯的店家，鄰近師大夜市商圈很好逛，交通方便。
  價格的CP值高，還附有洗衣機和烘衣機，入住時間彈性，家具也提供的很齊全，如果有機會會想再來住。
  電視沒有一般電視台提供網路串流平台觀賞。
