The room I stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows that made the space feel much larger than expected. What struck me was the attention to detail — quality linens, a marble bathroom that felt like a proper retreat, and blackout curtains that actually work. The air conditioning is whisper-quiet, and you know what? The WiFi is fast enough that I could video call home without any issues. It’s those small things that separate a good five-star experience from a great one.

Still, it’s nice knowing there’s a reliable option when you just want to stay in and relax.

  The room is spacious with good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is fresh with variety of selection and has some changes daily. The walking distant from the bus stations to the hotel is much closer than taking MTR. Map in i-phone shows you the choice of how to commute to the hotel. The dinner meal from the bar area in the evening is excellent and good alternative from the main restaurant menu.

  The facilities were great, only thing the spa and gym was for kids above 16. The 14th floor lounge for boss suite guests was really nice, they had desserts, drinks, beer, coffee, ice cream. Between 6-8pm waa happy hour and there were a few salads and the fried rice was yummy!

  We booked this hotel to be close to the Thailand Trade office as we were sorting out a visa there. The hotel was super close to the office and extremely convenient as we had to go back and forth several times. The hotel itself is very nice, plenty of lifts, nice reception staff, rooms comfortable. The pyramid lounge (business centre?) was a nice place to hang out and do some work, free coffee, beers, soft drinks, cakes and in the evening some fried rice and salad using I assume the breakfast leftovers.
