Plus, there’s this whole network of covered walkways nearby, so even when it’s raining — and it does rain in Taipei — you can still get around comfortably.

  Staff was overall friendly and curious. However, the breakfast staff could improve a bit. Maybe it's an early start for them. But, as a hotel, customers would want more smiles and curtesy.

  One issue that was more highlighted to myself is the disability friendly matter. I won't say they haven't tried, but I would say they may need more. Or I may not have known that there were special rooms for disabled? Either way, I would say it should be more clear IF there were special rooms that need to be chosen or what options are available.

  Location is super easy and convenient, around the corner from a metro station. The executive king room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food available and varied a bit each day. The free toiletries opposite the front desk were a nice touch and came in handy.
