  I really like that it is clean and lots of freebies at the counter. There’s drink and food, you don’t need to worry about lack of food. The drinks that they provided is not even just water but some canned drinks as well. Really excellent amenities. Also, I really need to mention this is they provide some services of popular food delivery as well as souvenirs, I realise not many tourist use the food delivery or food souvenirs. This save a lot of time for us to go hunt for the popular food souvenirs.

  Personnel was really friendly and helpful. Central location. Facilities are in order: free coffee, city maps, a piano. Rooms are a little bit noisy, but not that much. You can see they really put attention into welcoming their guests and that's greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
