  We were able to store our bags until check in, the hotel was right next to an MRT stop and bus stop, the bed was huge, and the facilities were great! We forgot something in the closet when we were checking out and when we realized later that day they still had it and were able to return it to us. I have no complaints!

  We have been staying here for 8 years, because the location and the facilities are perfect for us. Yes, an in-house restaurant with breakfast would be even better, but even so, the hotel has everything we need, it is located ideally 50m from the MRT station, it has many 7eleven in the area, foot massage, restaurants and so on.

  It was a very roomy suite, as advertised. Comfortable bed, good shower, separate bath. Bathroom was nice. The tv was ok, couch could be more comfortable but wasn't too bad. Instructions on how to use toilet a bit awkward, but fair enough. When staff noticed I was using two complimentary bottles of water a day, they increased it to three, that was nice.
