  I was visiting my son and this was in a perfect location, near shops, bus stops and the train station. The room was clean, the bed very large and staff were helpful even though they didn't speak much English and I have no Chinese. I managed to get everthing I wanted, extra towels, more water. Even though you can rent a room for less than a night I felt safe as a solo woman traveller.

  The check-in process is quite smooth and the place is covered by convenient stores, so it is very easy to buy anything you need.

  The hotel was located on the 16th and 17th floor of the huge building complex, and it was 5 min walk from Taipei Metro, Taipei Bridge station. The front desk staff contacted me and replied to my message in a timely manner (in Chinese, so I had to use the translation site, but I could get the overall idea).
  The room was pretty clean, and the bed was comfy.
  The regular check-in time is 17:00, but they can keep my luggage at the front desk.
  I would like to stay there again if I have a chance to re-visit Taipei!
