  One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities we could need, including a plush bed that provided a perfect night’s sleep. The location of the hotel is also a big plus. It’s conveniently situated just across Ximending area and mrt station, making it easy to explore the city.

  The room was spacious and bright, there are many charging ports. Lighting control are easy to use too. Love that the shower and toilet were separate and there are shower foam, shampoo and conditioner provided (good quality ones too). Location of the hotel was very ideal (between Ximen Exit 3-have escalators & 2-stairs). Hope that they will continue to maintain these good conditions.

  This is my new fav hotel in Taipei. I have always liked staying in the ximending area. This is new, super clean and so near to station, yet not so crazy as you step down. Service is pleasant. Delivery comes to the reception and check in and out is quick. Room is big, bathroom and toilet separated, bidet and nice windows, facing the busy areas.

  Our trip to Taipei made great with our stay here! Located strategically opposite of Ximending, its really accessible by Bannan Line exit 2 or 3. We were warmly welcome by the hotel staffs and their automated check-in process was easy and flawless.
  
  Our room was deluxe double on the high floor overlooking Ximending and it was spacious, clean and bright. Toilet was huge and amenities needed were provided. Bed and pillow firmness was perfect and we appreciate the “smart hotel” automation. Hotel was quiet throughout the stay despite location overlooking the busy part of Taipei.
