  It was a pleasant surprise when I was offered a free room upgrade! The upgraded room comes with a kitchenette & bath tub! Overall, it was a clean and spacious room and I like it that the bathroom separated the shower and toilet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my first night in Taipei! Literally just stone’s throw away from the metro station.

  2. Housekeeping was very diligent, kept things neat and tidy while we were gone everyday
  3. Laundry usage and Dryer use were very convenient (You can get washing powder from the reception below for 10 TWD or bring along your own to use)
  4. Shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were part of personal toiletries set
  5. There was a water dispenser in the common corridor on my room's floor which made it very convenient to get hot water on demand
