The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was what I’d call thoughtfully compact — not huge, but everything had its place and purpose. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t spend the first night adjusting to it, and the bathroom had decent water pressure, which honestly matters more than people admit. What struck me was how they’d managed to fit in proper storage space without making the room feel cramped. The air conditioning worked quietly, and the windows actually opened if you prefer fresh air over constant climate control.

Breakfast & Daily Rhythms

The buffet breakfast surprised me — not because it was elaborate, but because it felt like they’d actually thought about what people want to eat rather than just filling space on warming trays. You’ll find both Western basics and local options, and the coffee is decent enough that you won’t immediately start hunting for the nearest café. The dining area gets busy around 8 AM, so if you’re not a morning person, going a bit later actually works better anyway.

  We stayed 3 nights in Standard Triple Studio. The room had separate bedroom connected by a small living room with kitchen and working table, it was very spacious and efficient. The hotel's breakfast was also pretty nice with fresh fruit and vegetable juices juiced on the spot. The hotel staffs were attentive and prompt, able to coordinate everything for our various needs, and most surprisingly they have provided us a surprise gift to celebrate my mum's birthday which coincided with our period of stay. <3 We loved everything about Jolley Hotel and would recommend anyone to stay here for their visit in Taipei. 🙂

The location was ideal for us with eateries nearby and a night market. There are also convenient stores and other places to meet your needs.
