You can walk to the Songshan Airport MRT line easily, which connects you to both airports and the rest of the city. Plus, there are these great local eateries tucked into the surrounding streets that most tourists never find.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for Taipei standards — and trust me, space is at a premium here. The design follows that same clean, contemporary theme from the lobby, with floor-to-ceiling windows that actually open (which is rarer than you’d think in modern hotels). The bed was properly comfortable, and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually works well. What caught my attention was the thoughtful tech integration — USB ports in convenient spots, good lighting for both working and relaxing.

Dining & Amenities

The hotel’s restaurant serves a solid breakfast spread that goes beyond the usual continental fare — they include local Taiwanese options alongside international dishes, which I really appreciated. The coffee is actually decent too, not that watery hotel stuff you sometimes get. There’s also a fitness center that’s compact but well-equipped, and while there isn’t a full spa, they do have massage services available. The parking situation is handled well if you’re driving, though honestly, you probably won’t need a car from this location.

  Everything amazing! Amazing room with good soundproofing. Comfortable large bed. Amazing breakfast with many options. No dogs allowed in the hotel, which means that it is quiet and that there is a high level of hygiene (which isn't always the case these days…).
  The hotel staff are super helpful and give great advice on where to go hiking, how to get there, which restaurants to go to, and so on. Really amazing staff.
  
  Next time we are in Taipei, we will come back to this same hotel. Also, I will recommend the hotel to family members and friends who are interested in going to Taipei.
