Look, the rooms aren’t huge — this is Taipei, after all — but they’re thoughtfully designed in a way that maximizes every inch. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and I actually loved the minimalist approach to the decor. Clean lines, decent lighting, and a window that gives you a slice of the neighborhood’s energy below. The bathroom is compact but functional, with a shower that has proper water pressure (trust me, that matters after a long day of exploring).

What I really appreciate about this spot is how it puts you right in the middle of authentic Taipei life. You’re not in some sterile hotel district — you’re where locals actually hang out. There’s a 7-Eleven literally around the corner (because Taiwan), and the MRT station is close enough that you can easily explore other parts of the city when you need a break from Ximen’s intensity.
