  Location was excellent, 5 mins walk to Ximen metro station, and just a stone throw away from Ximen’s night market.

  The hotel has a nice lounge area with complimentary coffee and snacks, free laundry facility, and a fancy cocktail bar.

  The property is a few minutes walk from Ximen station. It is located inside Shinjuku Plaza so it's easy to locate. There are several stores outside and a few minutes walk to Ximending. We had a great stay in the property. The staffs are nice and there's a cafe on the 5th floor with free coffee and some utensils for everyone's use. There's also a laundry area but we are not able to use it during our stay, since we stayed for a few days only. The rooms are clean and just the right size for a family of three (2 adults and 1 kid) with luggage. Overall, our family had a great stay with Fun Stay Inn.
  
  Additionally, we had some issues with the tv not connecting to the wifi on the last night of our stay, but it did not really affect our overall experience.
