The Room Experience

The rooms are compact — this is Taipei, so you know what you’re getting — but they’re thoughtfully designed. Everything has its place, and honestly, after spending days exploring the city, you just want somewhere clean and comfortable to crash. What really sold me on this place was how easy it is to get anywhere from here. The MRT stations are within reasonable walking distance, and you’ve got bus stops practically outside the building. I found myself using the hotel as a base to explore different parts of the city — Ximending for shopping, Shilin for the night market, even day trips out to Jiufen. The staff actually knows the area well enough to give you directions that don’t involve just pointing at a map and shrugging.
