  Located on a quiet street right, but in a neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Room was small but bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom had no windows, but there was a special ventilation system that kept the rooms clean and dry. Bathroom was very spacious, equipment was in good condition and worked well. There were lots of automation features for lights, taps, flush, etc. There was a kettle/tea/coffee in the room, and the minifridge contained water and a soda. Unlike other reviewers, I did not experience any disturbance from other guests/rooms. Beyond the lobby, there is a dining area with tea/coffee facilities and cookies. Presumably guests can eat their take-away food there. On New Year's Eve, I received a little gift of cookies and sweets, which was a nice touch!
